Terms & Conditions of Sale - Mekades

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed on mekadesgh.com are subject to acceptance. We confirm orders via email/WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order due to pricing error, stock issues, or fraud risk.

2. Pricing

Prices are in GHS and include VAT where applicable. Prices can change without notice. You pay the price shown at checkout. Delivery/installation charges shown separately.

3. Payment

We accept Mobile Money, Card, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery. Payment must be completed before dispatch for COD orders above GHS 1000. Mekades is not liable for payment gateway failures.

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are estimates only. For Accra: 1-3 working days. Outside Accra: 3-7 working days. Large appliances need site inspection before installation. Customer must ensure access + voltage stability.

5. Warranty

All products carry manufacturer warranty only. Mekades is not the service provider. Warranty claims go through brand authorized service centers. Keep invoice + warranty card safe.

6. Returns & Refunds

See our Return Policy. 7 days for defects/damage only. No returns for change of mind after installation. Refunds in 5-7 business days after inspection. https://www.mekadesgh.com/return-policy

7. Limitation of Liability

Mekades liability is limited to product price. We’re not liable for indirect damages like business loss, data loss, or damage from power surges.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of Ghana. Any dispute will be under courts of Accra.
