Return & Refund Policy  Mekades

1. Return Window 

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for most home appliances. Large items like fridges/ACs: 48 hours for damage/defect claims only.

2. Conditions for Return

Returns accepted if:  

- Product is defective, damaged during transit, or wrong item sent  

- Original packaging, accessories, warranty card, invoice included  

- Product is unused + seals intact  

Returns NOT accepted for:  

- Change of mind, color mismatch, size issues after installation  

- Products damaged by misuse, voltage fluctuation, improper installation

3. Process 

1. Contact us at email:mekades108@gmail.com/0594186702 with order ID + photos/video of issue within 48hrs for damage  

2. Our tech team will verify. For defects, we arrange pickup + inspection  

3. If approved: Full refund to original payment method OR free replacement  

4. Refunds 

Refunds processed in 5-7 business days after we receive + inspect the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless item was defective.

 5. Installation & Demo Units  

Once installed by brand technician, returns are only for manufacturing defects covered under brand warranty.

Pro tip for appliances: Add “No questions asked” only for small items. For fridges/AC/washing machines, use “Replacement + Brand Warranty” instead of cash refund.
